Description
This product is mainly applied for higher power elecric arc furnace as a conductive material,the high power graphite electrode was produced with high quality raw material and the quality is controlled strictly during production process.Our products won the trust of the users by good quality,reasonable price and attentive service.
We have HP graphite electrodes diameter 100-700mm.

Feature
1.High mechanical strength, low electrical resistance.

3.High machining accuracy, good surface finishing.

5.Anti-oxidation treatment for longevity.
6. Resistant to cracking & spalling.

Quality requirements
1.There should be less than two defects or holes on the electrode surface.
2. There should be no transverse crack on the electrode surface. For the longitudinal crack, the length should be less than 5% of the electrode circumference and the width should be 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
3. The width of black area on electrode surface should be less than 1/10 of the electrode circumference and the length should be less than 1/3 of the electrode.
